NEW YOU TUBE BOXING DRILL VIDEO RELEASED
We've just released a new boxing drill video on our YouTube channel! This drill is great for boxers that fight 'up on their toes' and is all about moving into fighting range of the opponent to fire shots and then evading their counter attack by moving back out of range. This type of movement is very common in amateur boxing, but maybe a little less common in professional boxing when boxers tend to be more flat footed, conserving energy to try last all 12 rounds! You will however see glimpses of this style in fighters like Manny Pacquiao and Oleksander Usyk who have retained alot of their amateur styles in the professional arena. Practise this on our mat...its not only great to develop your boxing skills, but its a great fitness workout to keep the drill repeating for 2-3 minutes!!
